  • Life is at home may be more than 80 percent.??? I have no idea about the percentage, just try to tell they spend time a lot at home.
  • The home is a key context for intimacy. They do not only have houses, they have homes!
  • The home is very important. Norwegian culture is home-centered.
  • The home is setting not only for family life but also for social life.
  • The home in Norway comprises a single family house.
  • The hall and living room are the most publc rooms. The parents' bedroom is considered the most private room for outsiders.
  • The children have their own rooms, separate from their parents, at a quite early age.
  • It is common to own a cottage or an old farmhouse i the rual areas. This can be seen as a second home out in nature.
  • Home decoration is a continuour project!
